At Suzie Q Pole Studio you will find other women just like you – looking for something a bit different in their exercise program. Pole dancing is a fantastic work out – cardio, strength, flexibility and fun! You are mastering new moves and routines, so you barely notice you’re working out – and because you’re using your whole body weight you often see results much faster than using weights at the gym.
